In 2013 songwriter Jeremy Gloff launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund his 18th album ‘Inside Of Blue Buildings’. The initial goal of the campaign was a modest $450 but Gloff ended up raising $2,081. After a series of dance and pop albums ‘Inside Of Blue Buildings’ marked a return to a more cerebral and introspective tone.



One of the rewards for anyone who pledged $100 or more was a CDr of a live album Gloff recorded in his bedroom titled ‘Further Inside Of Blue Buildings’. This intimate performance features songs spanning Gloff’s discography, as well as two cover songs.



Less than ten people in the world owned ‘Further Inside Of Blue Buildings’ and Gloff forgot about it himself until he happened upon a CDr in his bedroom - the same bedroom this was recorded in 11 years ago.



Jeremy Gloff has never released a live album and has no plans to anytime soon. This little curiosity of album is an opportunity to hear the songwriter in a more stripped down and intimate setting. 


The original 2008 demos of "Modern Times" and "Oh Sweet Boy" have been included as bonus tracks. At the time these songs didn't fit the vibe of the music Gloff was releasing. Both songs morphed into much different versions - "Oh Sweet Boy" became a trippy electronic track and "Modern Times" morphed into the song "21st Century Love". When recording his latest album 'Road To Bartow', Gloff reclaimed these songs and recorded them as they were originally intended. Here is an opportunity to hear the original demos.


‘Further Inside Of Blue Buildings’ is getting an official release by Riotboy Records for Record Store Day 2024. The album will be available on all digital platforms and also released in a very limited edition homemade RSD CDr pressing.

Here’s a chance to hear Jeremy Gloff at his more intimate and raw - recorded at 3 am in the dead of night deep inside of a blue building. Welcome inside.
